Director of Strategy We are seeking an exceptional Director of Political Strategy to join at an important time for Labour Together and the Labour government. This senior role will shape our electoral strategy as we help Labour maintain its electoral coalition and prepare for victory in 2028/29. Working directly with our CEO and Executive Director, you will lead our strategic outputs, developing compelling narratives that translate complex political challenges into clear, persuasive messaging.
