About the Opportunity:

We''re pleased to be supporting a long-term client in their search for an experienced Learning & Development professional. Joining a well-established organisation, you''ll play a key role in developing customer facing colleagues and supporting a culture of continuous learning.

Working as part of a collaborative People team, you''ll design and deliver training, provide coaching and work closely with operational leaders to identify development needs and improve performance.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Delivering engaging training and induction programmes.
• Designing practical learning materials and resources.
• Providing coaching and support to individuals and teams.
• Identifying learning needs and recommending development solutions.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of training and using insight to drive improvements.
• Supporting a culture of continuous learning and development.

About You

• Experience within regulated financial services, lending or contact centre environments would be advantageous.
• Previous experience delivering training within an FCA-regulated environment.
• Comfortable working with a range of stakeholders and building effective working relationships.
• A confident facilitator who enjoys helping people develop and perform at their best.
• An understanding of how learning and development can support both colleague performance and customer outcomes.
