Spanish-Speaking Administrator / Reception Assistant (ASAP Start)We are seeking an organised and friendly Administrator / Reception Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, with an immediate start available. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy, customer-facing environment and can confidently support both administrative and reception functions. Key Responsibilities Providing reception cover and being the first point of contact for visitors and enquiriesHandling enrolments and maintaining accurate recordsDelivering high-quality customer service in person, by phone, and via emailSupporting general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document managementAssisting the wider team with day-to-day office support as required20/25 hours per weekApproximately 4/5 hours per dayEssential RequirementsFluent English and Spanish, both spoken and writtenStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksDesirable (but not essential)Previous experience in an administrative or reception roleConfidence using standard office software and systemsThis is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and proactive individual looking for a part-time role with an ASAP start.
