They are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a retirement village project in Sheffield. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll lead a team, coordinate with trades, and ensure health and safety compliance across the site, contributing to the ongoing reputation of a business that values its staff and community impact. The ideal candidate will have;
- Proven experience in Site Management within the construction/build sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices
- Ability to oversee multiple trades and subcontractors effectively
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing budgets and schedules
