Working closely with experienced finance professionals, you''ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing high volumes of transactions, and supporting project-based accounting activities. Key Responsibilities Transaction Processing and Reconciliations Process supplier invoices, credit card transactions and employee expenses accurately and efficiently. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Code and categorise transactions using accounts payable systems. Stakeholder and Process Support Act as a key finance contact for internal stakeholders. Liaise with suppliers and colleagues regarding invoice queries and missing documentation. Support finance projects and contribute to process improvements. Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation to improve efficiency.
