They are now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Finance Manager to take overall responsibility for the finance function and play a key role within the senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you''ll have a broad remit covering financial reporting, management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial controls, while also providing the commercial insight needed to support ongoing business performance and growth. This isn''t simply a role focused on producing the numbers. The business is looking for someone who can look at how the finance function operates, identify opportunities to improve systems and processes, and take the lead in introducing more efficient and modern ways of working.
