As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be working closely with the Engineering Team and carry out daily mechanical & electrical maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out in line with appropriate Health & Safety instructions and site policies.

Description

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment and machinery.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Ensure spare parts are available and manage inventory effectively.
• Support the introduction of new machinery and processes.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off pattern, 4 Days and 4 Nights

Profile

You will be an experienced Maintenance Engineer & should have:

• Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering techniques.
• Knowledge of site services, CIP, refrigeration, steam boilers, water and effluent monitoring are desirable but not essential.
• NVQ Level 3 Qualified at a minimum
• Experience of working in reactive maintenance roles
• Strong interpersonal skills: a team player who is prepared to support fellow engineers and can also develop good relationships with colleagues in departments across the business.
