You will play a key role in ensuring core landlord services are delivered effectively and in line with regulatory and customer expectations.What you''ll be doingProviding hands-on leadership across housing management functions, such as tenancy management, neighbourhoods, ASB, and income.Rapidly assessing performance, identifying backlogs, risks, and service gaps.Implementing short-term recovery and improvement plans with clear priorities and timescales.Supporting teams with clear direction, coaching, and decisive management during a period of pressure or change.Overseeing complex or high-risk cases, including ASB and tenancy enforcement where required.Working closely with internal colleagues and external partners to resolve issues impacting customers.Ensuring compliance with housing legislation, regulatory standards, and STAR Housing policies.Providing clear progress updates and a structured handover
