Part-Time HR Administrator
Salary: 32,000 - 35,000 pro rata based on the hoursHours: 20-25 hours per week (Spread over 5 days per week or longer days) Location: Tunbridge WellsThis is a fantastic new position that has become available. An exciting opportunity! Working for a local, well established and progressive business. You will have proven HR experience (CIPD qualification ideal but not essential) You will be required to work 20-25 hours per week, this can be spread over 5 days per week 4/5 hours per day or 3 or 4 full days.You will be responsible for some of the following duties:- Arranging bi-annual social events- Updating HR systems with employee information - Prepare offer letters/ employee contracts- Record contract changes, promotions and salary updates- Maintain employee personnel files- Liaise with department managers regarding recruitment needs- Organise new starter onboarding (induction/ paperwork/ training schedules) - Ensure company policies are up to date and compliant- Keep records for disciplinary/ grievance procedures- Supporting manangers with documentation for HR cases- Act as first point of contact for basic HR queries such as holiday, entitment, policies- Maintain return-to-work records- Absence/ leave managementIf you would like to apply for this position and feel you may be suitable please send your CV across today.Brook Street NMR is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
