Senior Account Manager
to join their team and take ownership of enterprise-level clients across Europe and EMEA.What You’ll Do
Accelerate growth in fintech and banking : Drive revenue, expand market share, and secure large enterprise clients across the UK and EMEA.Build relationships at the top level : Establish and nurture long-lasting partnerships with C-suite executives and key technology stakeholders.Strengthen market position : Implement go-to-market strategies to cement the company as the trusted partner of choice in compliance and risk.Identify and convert opportunities : Prospect intelligently, map out decision-making networks, and win over high-value accounts.Lead the complete sales journey : Manage every stage from discovery calls to solution scoping, negotiation, and final close.Simplify complexity : Translate technical, contractual, and financial details into clear, compelling value propositions for decision-makers.Collaborate across teams : Partner closely with product, customer success, and global colleagues to deliver consistent client value and long-term success.What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a
driven, adaptable, and strategic professional
who thrives in a fast-moving, scale-up environment and has the experience to manage sophisticated enterprise sales.Ideal background and skills include:4–5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
(preferably in fraud, risk, fintech, or compliance technology).A proven track record of
selling into enterprise financial services organisations
and managing complex, multi-touch sales processes.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate a
clear, differentiated value proposition .Strong account management expertise and a history of building trusted executive-level relationships.Skilled in discovery-led, consultative selling, ideally using methodologies like
MEDDPICC .A growing
professional presence and personal brand
within the fintech or compliance space.Highly collaborative with experience working in
cross-functional, hybrid teams .Self-motivated, analytical, entrepreneurial, and ambitious.Flexibility to travel within
Europe/EMEA
and occasionally to the US for training and team events.What’s On Offer
