SEN Teaching Assistant - Redbridge

We are currently recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist provision in Redbridge, supporting pupils with complex and diverse learning needs.

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small group SEN support
• Support pupils with ASC, ADHD, and developmental delays
• Implement EHCP targets and individual learning plans
• Promote engagement, communication, and independence
• Assist with personal care where required

• SEN experience in education, care, or youth settings
• Strong resilience and calm under pressure
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for supporting children with additional needs
