The Role

As Store Manager, you''ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the store.

You''ll be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing retail team

• Driving sales growth and improving key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Delivering exceptional customer service and building customer loyalty

• Taking ownership of store performance and identifying opportunities to increase sales

• Coaching, training and developing team members to reach their potential

• Recruiting, onboarding and retaining talented retail professionals

• Managing rotas, payroll and store expenditure to meet budgets

• Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store presentation standards

• Managing stock availability, replenishment and effective use of store space

• Monitoring sales performance and using commercial data to improve results

• Creating a positive team culture where customer service and sales performance are priorities

• Ensuring operational procedures and company standards are consistently maintained

About You

We''re looking for a commercially minded Store Manager who understands how to balance people, product and performance.

You''ll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or experienced Assistant Store Manager/Deputy Manager

• Experience within fashion, lifestyle, clothing, footwear, accessories or premium retail

• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and retail KPIs

• Strong leadership skills, with experience coaching and developing a team

• A passion for customer service and delivering an excellent shopping experience

• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to improve store profitability

• Excellent visual merchandising skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

• A hands-on approach with the confidence to lead from the front

• The ability to manage store operations, stock and payroll effectively
