It''s ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building rapport, and working in a lively, fast-paced office environment.What You''ll Be DoingMaking outbound calls using clear briefs and call guidesHaving natural, engaging conversations and building rapportIdentifying customer needs and qualifying sales leadsAccurately logging call outcomes within the CRM systemWorking closely with Campaign Managers to deliver successful campaignsKeeping up to date with client services and campaign objectivesProviding clear, accurate reporting on activity and outcomeWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer serviceConfident, friendly, and professional phone mannerComfortable handling objections and navigating conversationsSelf-motivated and target-drivenBasic computer skills, including CRM systems and Excel (full training provided)What''s On Offer 27,000 salaryTemp-to-perm opportunityMonday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pmTown centre locationFantastic modern offices, including Onsite gym, Pool table, Break-out areasSupportive, energetic team
