What You Will Do as Motorcycle Chassis Engineering Manager - Dynamics: - Lead the design team for Wheels and Brakes across all new models, currently supporting around 10 engineers across UK and India locations. - Own specification, design and development activities within the Dynamics function, ensuring performance, safety, and regulatory compliance through the New Product Introduction (NPI) framework. - Develop 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings for chassis dynamics parts, including wheels and braking-related components, using PTC Creo (or equivalent CAD capability). - Partner with CAE teams to evaluate and optimise designs against technical input requirements, then release engineering documentation and eBOMs via PLM. - Oversee verification and design checking, including Design Review documentation quality and the release of Design Failure Mode and ..... full job details .....
