This key role supports the smooth running of sales operations through efficient order processing, customer communication, and close collaboration with production and logistics.This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy office environment within the food-to-go sector, supporting a well-established and growing business. Key Responsibilities Accurately process customer orders via phone, email, or EDI systemsMaintain and update customer records, pricing, and product data within internal systemsServe as first point of contact for sales-related enquiries from customers and internal teamsLiaise with production and logistics to confirm order availability, lead times, and delivery schedulesProvide administrative support to the sales team, including report generation and sales data analysisMonitor stock levels and flag any issues that may affect order fulfilmentAssist in preparing pricing documents, product specifications, and promotional materialsSupport onboarding new customers, including gathering documentation and liaising with relevant departmentsEnsure all d
