For succession purposes they are seeking to bring in a senior leasehold enfranchisement/lease extension lawyer to pick up the caseload of a retiring partner. The firm will consider existing partners for the role or senior associates who are keen to make the step up to partnership.The role will involve advising both landlords and tenants in respect of prospective lease extensions and enfranchisements.
