It suits someone who likes understanding how things work on the ground, not just reporting on them.What you will be doingManaging daily inventory control with accurate analysis and reportingOwning PandL variance accounts and explaining movementsCompleting balance sheet reconciliations for allocated areasProcessing month end stock reconciliationsProducing key reports including transactional and balance sheet reportingAnalysing waste, gross margin, tank farm activity and works ordersEnsuring financial controls are robust and reporting is reliableWorking with operational teams to help them understand numbers, reports and processesLiaising with auditors and other internal and external stakeholdersSupporting banking, payments and cashbook reconciliationsGetting involved in ad hoc projects as requiredWhat they are looking forPart qualified ACCA or CIMA, or relevant industry experienceManufacturing experience is preferredStrong Excel skills and confidence working with dataComfortable in a fast-paced environmentAnalytical, detail focused and confident communicating insight
