Job Overview Respond swiftly to equipment breakdowns and process failures, diagnosing faults and restoring production functionality. Deliver preventative and reactive maintenance programs across production equipment, robotics, and plant machinery. Identify and implement opportunities for risk reduction and process improvement within manufacturing. Supervise and develop direct reports, including work allocation, performance appraisals, and training. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth operation of all systems. Support weekend and late-shift work as required to maintain critical manufacturing uptime. Requirements Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent time-served experience.
