Commercial Catering Engineer About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Catering Engineer to join our growing team, servicing and maintaining a range of commercial catering equipment across Kent and Brighton. The ideal candidate will hold valid COMCAT 1, 3, and 5 certifications and have a strong background in gas catering equipment diagnostics, repair, and maintenance.Key ResponsibilitiesService, maintain and repair commercial catering equipment in restaurants, schools, hotels, and other foodservice sites.Diagnose and resolve technical faults on a wide range of gas and electric catering appliances.Carry out preventative maintenance and emergency breakdown visits.Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and in line with Gas Safe and industry regulations.Maintain accurate records of work completed using job management software.Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.Essential RequirementsCOMCAT 1, 3, and 5 (must be up to date).Proven experience as a commercial catering engineer.Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.Full UK driving licence.Good understanding of Health and Safety and compliance requirements.Excellent communication and time-management skills.Ability to work independently across a wide geographical area.DesirableF-Gas Certification (not essential but advantageous).Electrical qualifications (17th/18th Edition).Experience with combination ovens, dishwashers, and refrigeration equipm
