Business Consultant Specialist (eDV clearance mandatory) Role Details Start Date: ASAP Location: London - Hybrid working arrangements Salary Package: £45,000-£85,000 per annum + bonuses Clearance: eDV active clearance is mandatory Responsibilities Elicit, analyse and document business, operational and user requirements Facilitate workshops with operational users, technical teams and senior stakeholders Produce business analysis artefacts including process maps, user stories and use cases Assess operating models, business processes and capability gaps Support business change, operational readiness, transition and adoption activities Engage stakeholders and maintain traceability from requirements through to delivery Skills and Experience Strong background in business analysis, requirements engineering and stakeholder management Experience with process modelling, operational analysis and capability assessments Knowledge of business change, communications and workshop facilitation Experience working within Agile and/or traditional delivery environments Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio or similar modelling platforms Previous experience within defence, security, policing, government or other secure environments ..... full job details .....
