Chase Taylor Recruitment are working on behalf of an established and growing business within the fenestration and home improvement sector. We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to take increasing responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of our established business and support its continued growth and development. Initially, the role will take responsibility for our conservatory and extension operation, overseeing projects from sale through to successful completion. The successful candidate will also have the capability and ambition to assume increasingly broad responsibility across the business as the role develops. This is not simply a project or conservatory management position. It is an opportunity for an accomplished manager to take ownership of operational performance, profitability, people and customer service, improve efficiency and make a significant contribution to the future success of the business. Key Responsibilities Take responsibility for the day-to-day management and operational performance of the conservatory and extension operation. Oversee the delivery of conservatory and extension projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, profitably and to the required quality standards.
