About the Role:
You will deliver personalised lessons and life skills education for students with autism, supporting their learning, communication, and independence. Working in a nurturing environment, you will help students develop confidence, resilience, and practical skills while collaborating closely with a committed, specialist team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, individualised lessons for students with autism.
- Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Promote independence, resilience, and confidence.
- Work closely with colleagues, families, and professionals to provide consistent support.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching students with SEN or autism.
- Passionate about inclusive education and nurturing individual potential.
- Patient, adaptable, and committed to high-quality care and learning.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a specialist, values-driven environment.
