This is a hands-on, multi-discipline role focused on problem-solving, training, documentation and process improvement. You ll support operators, optimise processes and improve facilities across multiple product lines to drive quality and efficiency.You ll be part of a highly capable team delivering practical, creative solutions that save time, reduce downtime and enhance operator performance. Key Responsibilities- Provide support across all production units in the Gradients Division.- Deliver operator training to ensure clear, practical knowledge transfer.- Participate in product builds during induction to gain in-depth knowledge.- Diagnose and resolve operator faults, downtime and process inefficiencies.- Write and simplify documentation and handover notes, supporting ESL operators.- Optimise facilities, tooling and equipment to improve productivity.- Create and manage Bills of Materials, liaising with purchasing and building cost cases.- Lead and support multiple projects, managing priorities and deadlines.- Act as a service provider to internal teams, building strong stakeholder relationships.- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders on continuous improvements.- Support weekly team routines (e.g., Monday huddles, Friday reviews).- Uphold health and safety standards in a
