Role: Serious Injury Fee Earner Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire Salary: £33,000 - £42,000 Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid We are working in partnership with a well-established legal services provider to recruit a Serious Injury Fee Earner to join their specialist Serious Injury team. The role will involve managing a caseload of claimant RTA-related serious injury claims, typically valued up to £50,000. This is a highly client-focused position, combining technical litigation expertise with significant responsibility for supporting clients through complex and often life-changing circumstances.The RoleAs a Serious Injury Fee Earner, you will take ownership of your own caseload, acting as the key point of contact for clients from initial instruction through to settlement or litigation. Given the nature of the claims, you will work closely with clients who have experienced significant and often traumatic injuries. Strong communication, empathy and the ability to build trusted client relationships will therefore be central to the role.
