• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEND
• Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and associated learning needs
• Build positive relationships and act as a trusted adult
• Promote emotional regulation, resilience and engagement
• Help students overcome barriers to learning
• Support behaviour management strategies and intervention programmes
• Work closely with teachers, SENDCOs, pastoral teams and external agencies
• Encourage independence, confidence and social development
