About the Role We''re looking for a Supporter Experience Assistant to join our Data, Insight and Supporter Experience (DISE) Team, part of our wider Fundraising Team. You''ll be the first point of contact for our supporters - responding to enquiries by phone, email and post with warmth and professionalism. You''ll process regular giving requests, including changes to payment schedules, donation amounts and cancellations, ensuring everything is actioned accurately and on time.
