Assembly Technician ReeVR Talent is looking for a detail-focused Assembly Technician to support the preparation and assembly of components. The role of the Assembly Technician plays a key part in our manufacturing operation. You will be responsible for handling, inspecting, and preparing extremely delicate components prior to and during assembly.Due to the value and sensitivity of these parts, strict adherence to procedures and exceptional attention to detail are essential. Key Responsibilities for the Assembly TechnicianPrepare and assemble components and sub-assemblies in line with BOMs, travellers, and build documentationHandle fragile, high-value componentsVerify part numbers, quantities, revisions, and serial numbers to ensure accuracy and traceabilityCarry out visual inspection of components to identify damage, contamination, or non-conformanceMaintain accurate records within ERP/MRP and inventory systemsPackage, label, and protect components for internal transport and storageWork closely with assembly, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issuesSupport stock control, cycle counts, and inventory accuracyContribute to continuous improvement of assembly and material handling processes Key Skills and Competencies for the Assembly Technician Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to workConfident handling delicate, precision componentsStrong manual dexterity and controlled working styleAbility to follow detailed work instructions and documentationGood
