This role involves providing early help, safeguarding, and family support through evidence-based interventions and collaborative multi-agency work.Key Responsibilities:Act as lead professional for an allocated caseload of children and families, delivering timely, high-quality support.Assess needs using a common framework and coordinate multi-agency plans of intervention.Deliver evidence-based interventions that safeguard and promote the welfare of children.Champion a specialist practice area (e.g., domestic violence, substance misuse, parenting) and provide advice, training, and workshops to colleagues and partners.Maintain accurate case records, reports, and performance management data to professional standards.Attend case conferences, chair meetings, and provide guidance on safeguarding and integrated family support.Act as a Designated Safeguarding Professional (DSP) where required.Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of practice.Skills and Experience:Experience in family support, social care, or safeguarding.Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, young people, and famili
