Finance Business Partner - FactoryRoyston Hybrid Working Salary: DOEVitae Financial Recruitment are currently supporting a successful and growing international manufacturing business with the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner to support its factory and operational finance activities.This is a broad, commercially focused role for a qualified accountant with manufacturing or operational finance experience, who enjoys working closely with operational teams and using financial insight to drive better business decisions.You will act as a key finance partner to the manufacturing operation, covering areas including cost control, product costing, stock, CAPEX, budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting. You will also play an important role in identifying performance improvement opportunities and ensuring strong financial control across the operation.Key responsibilities include: Business partnering with factory and operational leadership. Analysing manufacturing costs, volumes and performance. Product costing and margin analysis. Budgeting, forecasting and management reporting. Stock and inventory analysis. CAPEX monitoring and control. Providing commercial insight and financial challenge. Improving reporting, processes and financial controls.
