About the Role

Anderselite are currently seeking multiple experienced Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyors on behalf of our civil engineering client who operating under the NEC form of contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven QS professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can deliver commercial leadership, cost management, and contract administration from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  Provide commercial management and cost control across all project stages.

  
  



• 
  

  Administer the NEC contract, ensuring compliance and best practice.

  
  



• 
  

  Prepare, manage, and negotiate interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.

  
  



• 
  

  Lead on cost reporting, forecasting, and cashflow management.

  
  



• 
  

  Support project teams with commercial advice and dispute resolution.

  
  



• 
  

  Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction / infrastructure sector.

  
  



• 
  

  Strong knowledge and practical experience of the NEC form of contract.

  
  



• 
  

  Track record of delivering accurate cost management on high-value projects.

  
  



• 
  

  Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-facing skills.

  
  



• 
  

  Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
