Warehouse Operative – Crick
£13.00 per hour | Temp Ongoing

The Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client based in Crick. This is a temporary ongoing position with the potential to become long-term for the right candidate, joining a small, friendly team.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:45 – 17:15

Pay Rate:

• £13.00 per hour

Role Overview:
Working as part of a close-knit team of 5, this is a hands-on, physical role within a busy warehouse environment. You will play an important part in supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading goods
• Picking and packing orders
• Moving stock around the warehouse
• Handling products safely and efficiently
• General warehouse duties as required

Requirements:

• Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting items between 10–20kg
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding role
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic
• Able to work well as part of a small team
