Responsibilities Electrical Maintenance Engineer Respond to day-to-day electrical and mechanical maintenance issues and machinery breakdowns Diagnose, fault-find, and repair production machinery, robotics, automated systems, and plant equipment Carry out preventative maintenance with a focus on electrical systems, control panels, drives, and motors Support PLCs, sensors, and other control systems to maintain production uptime Work closely with production teams to maximise equipment efficiency and reliability Maintain accurate maintenance records and electrical documentation Liaise with external contractors and suppliers for specialist electrical support Manage electrical spare parts, consumables, and stock levels Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve system reliability Ensure statutory inspections, testing, and electrical compliance requirement
