Senior MEP Design Engineer The role The Senior MEP Design Engineer will play a key role in managing and coordinating the design process across projects at Heathrow Airport. Working as part of the Design Management team, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and engage with Clients, Design Consultants, and other key stakeholders on all design and engineering matters. The role is responsible for ensuring that design solutions are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable design, quality, health, safety and wellbeing, and sustainability requirements. The Senior MEP Design Engineer will support the Design Manager in the administration of the design contract, including the management of design changes, risks, and opportunities, while also contributing to the selection and appointment of design consultants. In addition, the successful candidate will proactively identify and explore opportunities to apply emerging tools, technologies, and innovative approaches that enhance project delivery and drive continuous improvement.
