You will take full operational responsibility for delivering contracts safely, on time, and within budget, serving as the primary point of contact for main contractors and clients. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery: Oversee multiple live roofing sites simultaneously, ensuring work matches program milestones and strict quality specifications. Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, monitor variations, and work alongside quantity surveyors to safeguard profit margins. Health and Safety: Maintain absolute compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring robust RAMS are implemented across all sites. Team Leadership: Coordinate, motivate, and schedule site supervisors, directly employed labor, and sub-contractors. Client Relations: Manage expectations and attend progress meetings with main contractors, architects, and surveyors.
