This is a genuinely strategic leadership opportunity, taking responsibility for a portfolio of 30+ properties and an annual budget of circa £10 million, with significant influence over the future direction, investment and performance of the estate. The position would particularly suit an established property leader who has operated within a complex operational environment such as industrial, manufacturing, FMCG or construction contracting, where property is fundamental to the successful operation of the wider business. Your new roleAs Property Director, you will have overall responsibility for developing and executing the organisation''s property strategy, covering estate management, facilities management, acquisitions, disposals and leasehold governance.
