Working across multiple business and technology functions, you will lead strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery against timelines, budgets, governance standards and regulatory requirements.Key responsibilitiesLead the delivery of large-scale strategic programmes and project initiatives.Develop and maintain integrated programme plans, delivery roadmaps, budgets and resource plans.Coordinate multiple workstreams and manage complex interdependencies.Provide leadership across technology and business teams, including Finance, Risk, Operations and other stakeholders.Drive programme governance through Steering Committees, programme boards and executive reporting.Manage RAID logs, ensuring risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies are proactively addressed.Oversee change control and scope governance processes.Influence senior stakeholders to support effective decision-making and issue resolution.Deliver ..... full job details .....
