An award winning Quantity Surveying consultancy with a national presence, is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their head office in London.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor''s role

Working alongside three equity Partners, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be involved in the delivery of several high profile and large scale projects including lab fit outs, residential and commercial schemes.

As well as getting involved in the running of projects, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor will become a key contact for clients and also help mentor the less experienced Quantity Surveyors in the team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• Experience as an Associate QS / Associate Director
• Worked as a Quantity Surveyor within a PQS / Consultancy environment
• MRICS is preferred
• Good cost planning experience
• Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
• Client facing
• Management experience
