Private Client Senior Associate Bristol (Hybrid or Remote) Due to an increase in quality referrals, this is a newly created role for an experienced Estate Administration fee-earner to join an exciting company that specialises in complex estate administration. You can be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, or qualified by experience. Role Overview As a Senior Associate Estate Administration fee-earner, you will manage a caseload of c.40 complex estate files, including taxable estates, trusts, foreign estates and agricultural matters. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end administration of complex taxable estate files Progress cases through grants, accounts and estate closure Communicate with clients and professional partners via phone and email Draft estate accounts and ensure compliance with internal systems Mentor and support junior team members Experience Required 5+ years'' probate and estate administration experience Experience with complex or high-net-worth estates STEP/TEP qualified or working towards via STEP What''s on Offer?
