They will support the development of policies and procedures in line with the corporate plan and employee values. The duties of the HR Advisor will includeAdvising and supporting a full range of routine and complex employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, absence and flexible working and case management identifying business risks and advising the stakeholders accordingly.Supporting and coaching managers on performance management, employee development, and workplace issues.Leading and supporting recruitment activities, ensuring an efficient and positive hiring process.Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and people-focused projects, including occupational health initiatives.Providing expert advice on employee relations, policies, terms and conditions, and employment law updates.Managing employee relations consultations, including restructures, redeployment, TUPE transfers, contract changes, and fixed-term contract endings.Producing and analysing HR ..... full job details .....
