Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations and manage site personnel. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor project timelines and budgets. Maintain accurate site records and reports. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, preferably in healthcare and education sectors. Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS).
