We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to join our growing EdTech business. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional who is looking to take on a broad, hands-on finance role with responsibility for management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and the day-to-day management of the finance function. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will provide accurate and timely financial information, analysis and commercial insight to support effective decision-making across the business. You will also play an important role in developing the company''s financial reporting, systems and controls as the business continues to grow. The Role Oversee the production of accurate and timely monthly management information, including departmental analysis and variance analysis against budget and forecast. Produce the monthly Management Accounts pack commentary and analysis to support business decision-making to the senior leadership team. Manage, support and develop the finance team, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining high standards across the finance function.
