THE COMPANY Our Client is a globally recognised media company specialising in the creation and distribution of premium factual and scripted content. With a catalogue of over 7,500 hours of programming and partnerships spanning the UK, US and Canada, they rank among the top distributors in the UK. They work with major broadcasters, streamers, FAST channels and production partners. THE ROLE As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process, managing offers and sales activity, preparing deal documentation, coordinate with internal teams and ensure deals are delivered efficiently from start to finish. Key responsibilities: Track sales activity, offers and client feedback whilst maintaining accurate deal records in NetSuite. Assist in preparing deal memos, contracts, projections and sales materials. Manage contract progress, amendments ensuring all documentation is accurately filed and up to date. Liaise with Marketing, Legal, Operations, Finance and Acquisitions to support deal servicing. Coordinate screeners, client mail-outs, market schedules and sales brochures. Manage travel arrangements, meeting coordination across time zones and expense reports. Support the sales team with budget tracking, research, reporting and general administrative duties. THE PERSON You should be passionate about the TV and entertainment industry, with experience in a fast-paced sales or distribution environment. It is important you have relevant experience in sale
