Job Title: Level 2 Learning Support AssistantLocation: Oldbury, West MidlandsHours: Monday to Friday Full TimeStart Date: ASAPPay: £95 - £107 Smart Education is recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join a well-resourced Primary SEN school in Oldbury, supporting pupils aged 2-11 with a range of needs including Complex Needs, PMLD, Physical and Medical Needs, and ASC. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small-group support Assist with learning activities, sensory work, and communication programmes Support pupils with physical care, mobility, and medical routines (training provided) Promote engagement, positive behaviour, and independence Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff Requirements: Level 2 Teaching and Learning Support qualification or equivalent (essential) Experience supporting pupils with SEN (Complex Needs, PMLD, ASC preferred) Calm, patient, reliable, and proactive Strong communication and teamwork skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one Why Apply?
