This is a fully onsite role, requiring daily presence, and would suit someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys being closely involved with operational teams. The People and Culture Manager plays a key role in supporting business success by promoting organisational values, shaping a positive workplace culture, and ensuring effective people management across the organisation. You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance and absence management, training and development, HR systems, compliance, and the effective use of staff resources.
