This role would suit a caring and adaptable Mainstream SEN Teaching Assistant who can support pupils with SEN while helping them develop academically, socially and emotionally.Position: Mainstream SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Rotherham Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing supply Pay: 92.56 - 95 per day (dependent on experience, training, qualifications and client rate available, paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees, inclusive of holiday pay) Start Date: ASAP / SeptemberAbout the RoleAs a Mainstream SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with additional needs within mainstream schools across Rotherham. Support may be provided on a 1:1 basis, in small groups or as part of the wider classroom, depending on the needs of each school and pupil.The Mainstream SEN Teaching Assistant will work alongside class teachers and SEN staff to encourage positive learning, independence and engagement.
