If you''re a skilled plumber with a passion for leadership and a skill for mentoring, we encourage you to apply.Main ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, develop and appraise Waterlink plumbers to ensure they are fully motivated to achieve peak performance and meet the department''s needs.To take detailed records of the works for cost, measurement and quality. To produce detailed accurate records of as built details for completed schemes.To liaise with the Scheduling Team to ensure work is planned efficiently to minimise downtime whilst making sure time is recorded accurately to the correct project.Develop and maintain key internal and external contacts to resolve customers problems and liaise with various departments to improve overall knowledge of the business.Ensure
