Alliance Personnel are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join one of their clients based in Birmingham. Duties Assemble components using hand tools and power tools, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and products to identify any defects or issues that may arise during production. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining a clean and organised workspace. Follow detailed assembly instructions and specifications to ensure accuracy in product assembly.
