Monitor credit limits and assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers. Prepare and send invoices, statements, and payment reminders. Resolve payment discrepancies and customer queries efficiently. Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities. Work closely with other departments to support financial processes. Produce regular reports on aged debt and credit performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
