You''ll bring strong leadership, hands-on operational experience, and a solid understanding of eCommerce fulfilment to ensure accurate and timely dispatch while meeting client-specific requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily warehouse operations: goods-in, storage, pick/pack, and outbound shipments.Manage a diverse team, including rota planning, task assignment, and productivity.Coordinate operations across multiple client accounts with unique requirements.Improve pick accuracy, packing standards, and dispatch timelines, especially for eCommerce.Maintain accurate stock records and inventory integrity through cycle counts.Collaborate with customer service, logistics, and account managers for smooth service delivery.Train new staff on processes, systems, and health and safety.Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction.RequirementsMinimum 2 years'' supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.Strong knowledge of eCommerce fulfilment (pick/pack, courier integration, returns).Experience in a multi-client or 3PL environment is highly desirable.Good IT literacy and WMS/order management software experience.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ad
