The team advises a diverse client base including developers, investors, landlords, occupiers and corporate clients across a range of sectors. The Role You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including: • Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property• Landlord and tenant work, including the granting and renewal of leases• Supporting development projects and site assembly matters• Assisting corporate teams on property aspects of business transactions• Drafting and negotiating leases, agreements for lease and ancillary documentation You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers while also developing your own client relationships.
